I stayed at the Hyatt Place last week and booked it because of it's location. It's easy to find and right off the interstate, which, ironically, was not a good thing. I would put this hotel on par with a Marriott Courtyard, but with a few more "extras". The room is very big-- it has a nice living room with a big L shaped sofa and a mini-fridge which was nice if you are in town for multiple days because you can store water and snacks and hang out at night... more

Very clean hotel, a more upscale type hotel, hotel had self check in kiosk in lobby whic was easy to use, and my room had a huge flat screen tv, breakfast was good average continental hotel breakfast. more

If you are not familiar with the Hyatt Place concept, it's a normal cookie-cutter hotel on the outside, but with some upscale stuff on the inside. The biggest draw is the 42" HDTV. The room was clean with the exception of used bar soap in the bathtub and on the sink and a dirty glasses left on the bathroom sink.
