Check in was easy, the rooms were tidy, and we upgraded to a balcony with a heart shaped jacuzzi tub that felt great! Next time, we are going to try a cabin, as they look private and cozy though the room was very private even with the lodge being completely booked. The B&B is being renovated and is becoming very... Did not stay here so cannot review rooms, but had a wonderful wine pairing dinner at this location back in October. The owners were very much involved and most friendly and helpful. Plan to stay here at some point in the near future.

We had never been to a Bed and Breakfast and were looking to stay in the area for our winter vacation. I found a deal on Living Social and was looking forward to our weekend. I read a lot of reviews on here before coming and was quite surprised at the reaction most had. The Hotel itself was very homey... More

My fiancé and I spent two nights here and we were very pleased with our very spacious room and the view we had from our room. We enjoyed sitting out on the 2nd floor patio and enjoying the fall colors. Breakfasts were wonderful. The wine tasting was a little disappointing with only four wines offered.

My Husband and I came down for the weekend to stay for our 2nd anniversary. We had a wonderful time visiting. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was amazing every morning and the views were beautiful. Over all this was a wonderful trip and we would love to return!

A intimate bed and breakfast, about 10 rooms, converted from a German restaurant and soon to have a winery downstairs. Breakfast was delicious and we both tried everything on the menu. Quiet pleasant surroundings. Hosts were friendly and informative. We were impressed with the latest development of the North Georgia wineries. Bernie's restaurant was to die for and we ate... More

Drinks in frig, wonderful king size bed, thoughtful (not chummy) owners, great breakfast prepared by John, excellent suggestions as to dining and shopping (Sautee, not Helen), varied hiking opportunities, obvious attention to detail and desire to provide a top notch experience. Restful.

My husband and I wanted a quick getaway, close to home. Sylvan Valley Lodge was perfect! It is conveniently located to many Georgia wineries and to Helen. The owners were pleasant and made recommendations for dining. The room was welcoming, and breakfast was delicious! Try the gluten free pancakes. Yum! We took advantage of the wine tasting on site and... More

My husband and I stayed here for an anniversary weekend getaway. We enjoyed the clean accommodations, the beautiful setting, the tasty breakfasts and the friendly owners. The close-by quaint villages, shops, wine tastings and waterfalls made our anniversary celebration one we'll never forget.

This is a wonderful place to stay and the owners are very friendly. Its a great place to visit many wineries and waterfalls. Lots to do in the immediate area and lots to see. Would definately recommend taking the time to go visit crane creek vineyard.
