You are living in a room with roaches, the rooms smell musty, the manager is rude and disrespectful unless you are a male, the light in my room had wires hanging out of it and it was never fixed, until i threatened to call the health department when my son got burned from the wires because they shot out sparks.... more

The new management of this hotel apparently does not understand customer service, their office is open at random hours and several complaints about an inebriated guest located in bldg. #3 went unheeded resulting in a call to the police. My recommendation is to stay at a property with a trained staff. more
