My family and I stayed at this hotel for Spring break and were amazed with the southern hospitality that we were shown from day one. We stayed in the suite and the room smelt great and was very clean (even with our kids). The location was great, not to far from shopping, downtown Atlanta, or The World of Coke Cola.... More

The overall cleanness is 100%. A great improvement. The staff is friendly and well trained. There is no smoke or musty smell in the room. I would recommend this hotel when you in Roswell. GREAT HOTEL.

Location needs the refurbishment that is in progress. might be OK after the work is complete, but not reccomended at this time. Our room was showing wear and tear. Bed cover had stains. Policeman for ssecurity at desk, so maybe not a secure area of town.

Manager response was to put concerns in survey. Housekeeping needs to do a better job in rooms, only thing done was bed made. Each day had to rekey room cards. Power outage required stay and I will not go back to that location.

This is based on my one night stay. While the facilities and breakfast were not the best in town, they were absolutely one of the best values around. All rooms were clean and did not smell bad at all (unlike the Holiday Inn down the street). Service was quick, and courteous and breakfast was fresh.

ok, to be fair I have stayed in a lot of La Quinta's, and I have stayed in worse hotels, well worse hotel, once. I booked this property for 2 nights while waiting for my room in another hotel in Alpharetta. Ultimately I did not even visit that hotel, due to getting assigned to a project in New England. Anyway,... More

My room was a little dated, and the mattress wasn't the best. But the hotel staff was friendly, and I was only there for one night. Probably would look for something else if I needed to stay several nights. Overall it was clean and not bad.

Hotel is located in a higher crime area. It is in somewhat disrepair and needs renovation. The staff is very friendly and helpful but the front desk work area is in dire need of upgrade. breakfast area and lounge area could be expanded along with the front desk. Room was ok.

Not what I expected. Rooms need updating. Breakfast was a joke. Bathroom had hair on floor and tub. Exhaust fan was very noisy and was on every time the bathroom light was turned on. No microwave or refrigerator in room, although it appeared to have space for both.

We stayed for three days and had a different problem every day. First day no toilet paper. Day two, did not take out the trash. Day three did not clean bathtub and did not leave enough towels. All of these problems were reported to the front desk every day but no improvement. Also, no coffee every day.
