We came to Rome for my son's high school graduation. I booked these rooms February 5, 2009 with a nice lady named Wilma. I reserved four pool side rooms and wanted the rooms as close together as possible. Our group was myself, my husband, my parents, my sister, her husband and their son and my aunt. We traveled eight hours... more

This hotel was absolutely wretched. Believe me, I came in willing to be pleased. The first sight that greeted me was the horrible water stains on the ceiling of our room, stretching nearly the length of the entire room. Heaven only knows what kind of mold was lurking above our heads. We had a king bed, so the room was... more

I was going to stay here and had booked an advance reservation with no changes allowed. I then had second thoughts about staying here due to the noise from the lounge as well as other issues listed in the other reviews. When I went on to the Holiday Inn web site to verify my reservation 6 days prior to my... more

This place is an absolute dump. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. They did not honor our request for an upper floor room and on top of that put us in a room that was about four doors down from their "lounge" which is nothing more than a locals bar. It was just our luck to stay here... more

This is a great secluded quiet location. Rooms are very updated with furnishings. Very clean smelling also. I will stay here again and recommend to friends. Much better than 3 of the other hotels I have stayed at in Rome. Easy access from hwy 411. close to everything. I do wish they had better internet service though as I was... more

Worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. Front desk continuosly treats you as if you are putting them out by staying there. If you are a priority club member avoid this one at all costs. more

Stayed there for tennis tournament for 3 nights in May 2008, old hotel, some room has frig, some has both frig and microwave, some has none. Beds comfortable enough. Bathroom is horrible, , some broken wall, some mold at corners. Carpet seem to new. Outdoor corridor for most room. Pools don't bother. One enclosed, one outside, connected water. Include hot breakfast... more

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Skytop in December. This hotel is so old, they need to tear it down and start from the beginning. I don't know how Holiday Inn can associate their name with this place. The bathroom was so dingy, we refused to take a shower until we got back home. Thank Goodness, we are only two hours... more

I was worried at first with being outside hallway that may be old. But clean room, new bed, bright white new linen with a new style. I was impressed when i went for breakfast with my family. Great place to stay. more

The new manager they have at this hotel is very rude. It seems like the whole staff has better things to do then to help anyone. There is a nice women assistant manager at the front desk who if you ask me should replace the current one. Dont expect any favors no matter what your level is in the priority... more
