stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, very nice room, understand hotel is under renovation but what so over no issue, surprise with some great breakfast in morning, very helpful staff specially lady was doing breakfast was very helpful, we would stay at days inn again, thank you for wounderful stay

Problem with the hotel is simple. It's old and rundown. They are allegedly renovating it, but I think they'd be better off razing it and starting from scratch. While the staff members we dealt with were uniformly helpful, courteous, and assistive, the condition of the hotel in general was really quite awful (with the exception of the dining area and the lobby, which were bright spots in an otherwise dingy, odorous, tired-looking and generally grimy experience).
