The hotel was very neat and clean. Loved the restoration work! Yes, you might hear creaking floors but we couldn't hear neighbor's conversation. We stayed at this hotel in May 2005. The gentleman that took the reservation referred to this hotel as the "Flagship Hotel". He made it sound phenomenal. The Rome chamber of commerce advertises this as a "new hotel". It appears that the "building" is a renovated old factory or warehouse.
