This hotel is quaint, clean and very conveniently located. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Ms. Jennifer at the front desk goes out of her way to keep the guests happy and satisfied. I would stay at this hotel again if I was in Rome, GA.

I've stayed here maybe three times over the past 5 years. I've never had a problem with the staff, they were friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean and the hot breakfast was great! I didn't get to try the pool but it looked very nice. They also happily accommodated my late checkout request!

Lobby smells of smoke when you walk in, desk clerk friendly but not concerned if you have a problem. I stayed here one night recently. It was so relaxing. The rooms are nice and the heated pool is fantastic. I had it all to myself for almost an hour. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. Great place to stay.
