The hotel and was clean and the staff was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable bed. The breakfast was ok - not much in the way of fresh fruit. and the yogurt had artificial sweetners. My only complaint was the A/C unit in the room. It is a in-wall unit controlled by a wall thermostat, which I normally prefer.... more

I was impressed with this hotel. The rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. This is the best hotel i have stayed at so far in Rome. Location is farther away from the area of the city that I would prefer but I think it is worth the extra drive. more

The Holiday Inn Express and Suites on the east side of Rome, Georgia has to be the best all-around for service and value in the city.
