We are frequent travelers, and I can honestly say that the accomodations at the Lodge are first-class! The rooms are simply beautiful. Well appointed, spacious, and all with balconies. The baths have separate shower and tub, a scale, and robes. Easily a 5-star room. The Lodge common areas are lovely as well. We enjoyed sitting out by the pool, which... more

The Lodge at Callaway is certainly a very nice getaway for people within a few hours drive. However, the rest of the amenities are not up to par, and the staff (in many situations) is poorly trained and unknowledgeable. First, the good news... The hotel is fairly new and the rooms have many modern features like flat screen TV’s and... more

My 5 year old son and I took a brief trip to Callaway Gardens for part of Spring Break and stayed at the Lodge/Spa. I was a bit skeptical at first, since it was a little too early for all to be blooming fully. Plus, with a 5 year old boy, I wasn't sure how much we would find to... more

Well after reading reviews about Callaway gardens I was kind of skeptical as to weather or not I wanted to go. I heard it was dirty, boring, and had bad service. I recently went up for a business trip for my job and I must say I was pleasantly surprised!!!! First off, do not stay at the Mountain Creek Inn!!!!... more

If you haven't been to Callaway Gardens, then I recommend it as a great weekend trip/get-a-way. The Lodge and Spa is truly and upscale, full service hotel. The food/bar area is fantastic, the service is top rate, and the beds are one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The bathrooms are large and well equiped with the best... more

First stay at the LODGE & SPA on the grounds of CALLAWAY GARDENS Resort... Great room, Best bathroom ever!, Great View from the room, excellent pool, hot tubs, and cabana! Out of the view of any traffic, nestled sweatly in the pines of the resort. Biking is great from this location, and the hotel has a wonderful restaurant and grill.... more

The Lodge and Spa at Callaway Gardens is a new facility and it is much nicer than the old Mountain Creek Inn. The bathrooms in particular are great, comparable to any five star resort in which I have ever stayed. The rooms are nicely appointed and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable also.... more

Our company selected the resort as the site for our national meeting this year. The resort is very nice, the food was good, and the rooms were comfortable. The issues that we had primarily related to the actual meetings. I have no reservations about stay again as an individual or family. It is a beautiful setting. One issue was that... more

The accomodations and grounds around the lodge are beautiful and very nice. We stay at Callaway usually a few nights every year, mostly always in the summer, and mainly because of the bike trails. I can say though, one time at the lodge will be enough for us for one reason only... the price. While the Mountain Creek Inn(the other... more

My wife and I live in suburban Atlanta and we were looking for a short mid-week getaway. We decided on the new Lodge and Spa at Callway Gardens. We booked the "Romance Package", for $500. This package included one night in the lodge, a dinner, a one hundred dollar spa credit and entrance to the gardens. We made an appointment... more
