We booked our trip to Callaway Gardens in February of this year. Because we had never been I was somewhat excited about this trip. I logged onto the site and to my surprise they were offering a stimulus package. I immediately called to see if we could get switched to this package, and explained that we had booked our reservations... more

Booked a 2-night stay at the Mountain Creek Inn for a standard king size bed garden package online on the official Callaway website, arrived before 3:30 p.m. only to be told by a very unfriendly desk clerk that "there were no kingsize beds available". I explained that I reserved the king over two months earlier. She then informed me that... more

The room is very old. It needs new carpet. The shower is suited for children, not adults. They did change our sheets for us, Thank God. They use down pillows and comforters. The double beds are very small for 2 adults and one child. I would not stay here again. We enjoyed the outdoor pool. The Gardens are beautiful. We... more

We stayed at the Callaway Gardens Inn on the Stimulus Package. It was a bargain $99 for one night at the Inn and golf. Room was very clean. The golf course was beautiful. Gardens didn't have much in bloom, but were well kept. We missed the azaleas, but the butterfly conservatory was wonderful. Gorgeous butterflies flying all around you! Very... more

My trip was frought with dirty linens, fleas, and apathetic staff. When I reported having unfolded three dirty towels and finding loose dirt on the white comforter, I was not even offered clean linens-just ignored. The staff did not seem to know how to direct patrons around the grounds to the conference facilities and dining areas. I went home with... more

My girlfriend and I went to Callaway Gardens and stayed at the Lodge and Spa for a peaceful weekend getaway. We arrived Friday night ready to relax and ready for a good meal. After checking into our barely above average room (with an even better bathroom) we headed downstairs for dinner. The Piedmont Dinning Room which is located just off... more

Well after reading reviews about Callaway gardens I was kind of skeptical as to weather or not I wanted to go. I heard it was dirty, boring, and had bad service. I recently went up for a business trip for my job and I must say I was pleasantly surprised!!!! First off, do not stay at the Mountain Creek Inn!!!!... more

Due to a contract snafu, Hotels.com had to move us to the Inn (at no additional charge and at no fault of hotels.com). We thought we were uptown ... and then the little things start bugging you. Like the batteries in the remote are old and crusty and you have to change them yourself (taken care of the next morning);... more

We booked a Fantasy In Lights package. My family and I stayed at The Mountain Creek Inn. When we first pulled up the Inn looked a bit old but we were pleasantly surprised to find the accomodations bright, clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. We decided to try the Friday night seafood buffet served in... more
