We loved the beautiful surroundings and Inn but customer service is not 5 star. Be prepared to feel like they are doing you a favor if you request anything or have any questions. I hope that the service will rise to meet the beauty of this magical place. If your looking to totally unwind and unplug this is a wonderful... More

The Inn at Serenbe is an adorable b&b-style place, with beautiful grounds and gorgeous views. The little touches provided to you are charming - home-baked cookies each day, refillable glass water bottles, yummy breakfast. My husband told the staff it was my birthday and they gave us a bottle of wine, on the house! Every meal we had was incredible... More

My son and I stayed there for a week and we loved it. He was there for the camp. The grounds and the community are absolutely beautiful, and the people were so nice. There are goats and chickens and llamas and more. Loved it.

The staff is exceptional, the food is to die for good. We stayed in the Dogwood Cottage and it was absolutely gorgeous. It was very easy to walk around the beautiful grounds, and meet all of the animals. There are plenty of things to do if you like lots of activities, or you can stay in on your private screened... We had about 40 relatives to the Inn for Thanksgiving dinner. Very warm and pleasant atmosphere and the non-traditional food was quite good (though we did miss having some of the more standard Thanksgiving fare). Great service on the dinner. On the downside, for some of the family the food service wasn't responsive enough or even available at all at... More

The Inn is so nice and relaxing. We were in the lake house and the room was nice. It is secluded and lovely. We went for a relaxing night , however I was awakened at 1 am to some rowdy wedding guests who were literally having a get together outside my window. I actually put cotton in my ears so... More

Hi Christina, So glad to hear your experience overall was lovely. Thanks again for taking the time to talk this week, and I'm glad to hear the authorization charged dropped off. Per our conversation, this is merely a precautionary authorization that is removed from a guest's account once the balance has been settled. For your next stay, you may want... More

The Inn at Serenbe and the Serenbe community are delightful gems in the Chattahoochee Hills of Georgia. Nature unfolded before my very eyes, inviting me to join the mesmerizing landscape. The Inn provides a plethora of activities from hiking, canoeing, horseback riding, walking the labyrinth, and swimming, to playing croquet or basketball. My morning began with a most lovely farmhouse... More

My wife and I spent one peaceful night at the Inn. Everything about our stay was fantastic and we will most certainly return for a quick getaway from Atlanta. Dinner at the farmhouse was delicious, as was complimentary breakfast. We loved all the farm animals around the inn. Note they are adding a conference center and more rooms, with construction... Lovely. Serene. Animals, birds. Part of a vision to improve planning of communities, discourage urban sprawl , promote conservation and preserve beautiful aspects of rural areas. Cannot be described as one of the normal categories of hotels.

Serenbe is a unique resort nestled in the Chattahoochee Hills offering horseback riding, hiking trails and numerous other outdoor activities. Facilities include hotel rooms and private villas. Our five bedroom villa was a wonderful place for the family to meet. Included in the rate was a full breakfast.
