We were a bit nervous about our stay after reading some recent reviews. However, we were very happy with our experience at Serenbe. The staff at both guest services and at the Farmhouse Restaurant were attentive and answered questions readily. Our room in the lakehouse was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We loved walking the grounds and found it a... More

We so enjoyed our trip to Serenbe this past Thursday evening. It was a belated Valentines celebration since our original trip had to be postponed due to the ice storm Atlanta suffered on Feb 13th two weeks before. As usual we reserved one of our two favorite rooms in the main house and staked out a card playing table close... More

Where do I start? Unanswered phone calls, emails not responded or replies after 5-7 days, told by the reservationist when asking about Serenbe "I don't know" (how many beds in the house?) or "Why don't you look on the internet for an answer" (what events are taking place?)- and this all while I am trying to make a reservation/spend money... My husband and I planned a romantic getaway only to be totally disappointed. The cottage was covered in mold, none of the appliances worked, the heat didn't work so we froze all night, and there was what looked like a blood stain on our bed sheets. When we notified guest services, who notified management, nothing was done. Our sheets weren't... More

I have stayed at the Inn in Serenbe 3 times. I love the atmosphere, the quiet country feeling of this upscale B&B.I have stayed in very nice rooms in the old farm house which have met my every expectation. I rented the Mimosa cottage this time because we were joined by friends and wanted some room to lounge together. My... More

We rented the "Lake House" at the farm for Wednesday and Thursday of Thanksgiving. There were 7 adults and 3 children. There are four rooms in the house with their own bathrooms. The common area was in the center and provided the perfect amount of space for us to gather. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and... More

The mission: find a quiet, high-end, high-touch, food-driven location for a critical 3 day top management retreat where every member of the site staff, including the owners felt invested in us having an exceptional experience. The answer: The Inn and Community of Serenbe in the Chattahootchie Hills, 30 minutes and a world away from Atlanta. Renowned restauranteurs, Steve & Marie... More

We had a lovely stay Wednesday and Thursday of Thanksgiving weekend. The setting is the best part-we took hikes in the woods, walked to the town, and fed the animals one morning. There is a meditative labyrinth with a stone path. We ate in town the first night ("Hil"-pretty good, nice service, prices for entries range $20-28) It is a... More

Just read some of the previous reviews. Only been here three hours, but if the balance of our stay is similar to the reception we received by Lauren, we are in for a treat. She was helpful, delightful, and as polite as they come. Responses by others have been equally as nice. The property is very pretty and, less than... More

The location was beautiful, but the accommodations aren't up to par for the price we paid. I suppose they're banking on people paying high prices for special events and not being as picky since they don't have any other options. However, my husband and I spent a night here as a getaway, and I wish we'd spent our money on... More
