This small farmhouse inn is a part of the larger community known as Serenbe. The property is gorgeous - serene farmland with a great small commercial area with a few small shops and over the top great restaurants. The Blue Eye Daisy is a terrific spot for coffee/lunch. Very well run. The Inn is made up of rooms in the... More

It was a nice getaway to be sure! You will like the unique serene setting. Dinner at the main restaurant in town was divine! The provided breakfasts in the main house were awesome. We loved the afternoon tea selections and experience. The food was very fresh. You forget what good, fresh food tastes like until you eat a lot of... More

When we arrived at Serenbe on Sunday, December 28, 2014, my first thought was 'It's like a giant farm with a nice place to stay.' After we checked into our room, my simple thoughts changed to "Wow!' 'This place is beautiful and has a lot to offer to guests!' My expectations were more than met as we drove past through... More

Had a wonderful time here. Nice getaway from the crazy rat race and the staff was great. Very peaceful and the dinner was great. I stayed for a business meeting but will definitely be back for some personal time. I would definitely recommend it.

I stayed at the Inn at Serenbe for five days/four nights last May as part of a small business retreat with several other women. We stayed at the Lake House and used the living room and wrap-around screen porch for our gatherings and activities. It was the perfect place for stepping away from our everyday world to get a new... This is my 3rd or 4th stay at Serenbe and each time I visit, I love it even more. The rooms are each so unique and beautifully styled (I've seen most of them - our church held a women's retreat here). The library or expansive porch are so relaxing. The benches in the middle of the woods are a great... More

This was our third trip with kids at Serenbe, and we were so disappointed. The front desk personnel were all new and had no clue what to do. We were promised 2 hayrides, and then upon arrival were told that hayrides were only given on the weekend. Finally, the manager arranged one for us. Our room did not have adequate... More

This was a girls weekend with a different relaxing twist. We usually go to Chicago or shopping & eating somewhere. This trip was the first time I came home from a vacation & felt relaxed. Went to Serenbe for a mother/daughter weekend with my 11 year old and it was wonderful! Every single staff member/waiter we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Hideaway studio apt in "the community" which was beautifully decorated and flooded with natural light. It was a short (3 min) but picturesque drive back to the... More
