Stayed here 10/11/14. Prices had been increased because of special Olympics in town. Of all No other rooms available in the area so we were over a barrel. On to the room: spider webs hanging from the ceiling and light fixtures, looked like someone had thrown liquids on the wall, used wall as a backboard for the trash can. Beds... More

When I called on the 31st of Aug to cancel my reservation for the 31st...it was because of an family emergency... My Mother got very ill suddenly, and my presence was needed!! even after I explained why I had to cancel, she said in a snotty attitude that "we do not cancel within the 24 hours prior of check in... The staff were very nice, however the room is in need of updating--the a/c did not work or get the room cool, the smoke alarm had a mind of its own--and went off twice in the middle of the nite even with replaced batteries--they do have a continental breakfast which is passable but the decaf coffee sucked--we opted for dunkin... This hotel is not worth the $80 a night they ask. More like $39-50. The breakfast is a sad display of cereal and make-your-own-waffles, the fitness center (an important aspect of why we chose the hotel) was closed and, I'm told, was loaded with furniture they were moving around, the sole ice maker was broken down, my coffee pot was... First let me go ahead and say that the staff were very friendly, no problems there. Now, on to the room, I wasn't expecting great, but it was way worse. First, while getting to the room, the clientele hanging outside was less than desirable. Second, once we got into the room , we found the A/C to be sufficient and... More

Better shower pressure than Baymont Inn and suites in Anderson, SC. More TV channels. More comfortable bed. Close to my work. Could have better shower pressure not a blaster like I like but it'll do for most. Not a stellar breakfast. Price for other travelers not worth the $80. Worth more like $50/ Max

The hotel is conveniently located just outside of downtown Gainesville. Although it is a small operation, they have a very nice included breakfast. We found the rooms to be basic but clean. I asked for a room on the first floor which we got. The lights are very bright outside but the drapes worked well. It is a good property... More

Shower pressure lackluster. Beds are subpar. Coffee Maker did not work. TV o.k. Highlight of my stay was the a/c. On low setting it will run you out of there which is good when you exit the showers. I tend to sweat when getting out of shower so the cool air cuts down on that. Nothing is more aggravating than... More

I made a reservation for this hotel months ago and got the AAA price of $59.99 with a confirmation number. When I checked in, they told me my price was $69.99. When I protested and showed them my confirmation, they told me "well that was before we knew there was an event going on". After I again protested, they told... More

The room smelled awful, to start. It was definitely dirty looking and old/worn. The interior decorating was very busy. Also, we were on the second floor and could hear everyone outside and next door all night, walking around outside and closing their doors made our beds vibrate. This isn't the worst place I've ever stayed, but it was definitely pretty... More
