Great staff. They made us feel at home. We were in Atlanta for a soccer tournament and the staff helped make the long days more enjoyeable. Great hotel- made us feel at home. Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond their role. Great breakfast! We had a group of soccer players in Atlanta for a soccer tournament and the hotel was set up so that you never knew we were there...great for relaxing. Nice area. Hotel staff was rude and not helpful. Four of us stayed in a room and they would not give us more than two bath towels stating they have a 2 towel policy. I could over hear the employees complaining about hotel guests on their radios. Also, bathroom was old looking considering it was a Hilton. more
