Staff is effective, but not necessarily friendly. The rooms are spacious and in good condition, but the air condition unit and bath room fan were extremly noisy. Had to sleep with earplugs. Few and rather unhealthy options at the breakfast buffet.

Suburban location, clean, quiet, newly remoldeled, firendly staff. Recent remodel gave hotel interior the feel of a much more expensive property. I will stay here from now on when I travel to Atlanta.

I stay at hotels 2-3 nights per week and there are no other hotels even close to them in servicing their guests! The front desk, housekeeping and management staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My room is always very clean. I am in Atlanta every week and this will be my home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed with family on 10/07/11. Middle of the 1st night found BED BUGS in the room. Whole family got scared & couldn't sleep whole night and kept all lights on so no more Bed Bugs come out.
