A beautiful residence in a wonderful location. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent home cooking and an entertaining experience and the pool was an added surprise.

The Antebellum Inn in Milledgeville GA is a highly recommended place to stay. The house is extremely comfortable, with many sitting areas downstairs and on the large porch. The rooms are also comfortable, with wonderful antiques. The wine in the evening, snacks anytime, and the morning breakfast are excellent. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and made us feel... More

This place is very charming and in a great location. It really is the only available place to stay within walking distance of downtown Milledgeville, but would be worth choosing even if there were other options. The house and rooms are very pretty and well appointed, and breakfast was delicious. During our stay, the staff was comprised of very sweet... More

We found this B&B on Trip Advisor because we were looking for a place to stop between the North Georgia mountains and Fernandina Beach. The house is lovely and situated right in town so walking to the historic business section is an option for those so inclined. Stacy greeted us as we entered the front door and showed us around... My travel companions and I all agreed that our time in Milledgeville was made all the more comfortable and beautiful through our stay at the Antebellum Inn. We'd definitely return if ever the chance arises. To stay in such a facility and be so well cared for flavored our entire stay. It was a welcomed reprieve during the hot time... More

From the moment we entered the parking area of the Antebellum inn, we were enthralled with Stacy, the innkeeper, as well as the beautifully decorated rooms. This was by far, the best place we have ever stayed. The breakfasts were delightful and she worked to ensure I had gluten free fare to accommodate my celiac disease. We were allowed full... More

I had a wonderful overnight stay with a tasty and well prepared breakfast. The room was wonderful with a terrific and comfortable bed, excellent writing desk, comfortable room and comfy chairs, high ceilings and nice doorway out to the porch.

We had an accident on our way there and didn't reach Antebellum until 10 pm or later. The innkeeper was very gracious and had to extend her work day for us. The inn was beautifully landscaped and surrounded with history. Breakfast was delicious. Great place.

We enjoyed every moment of our two night stay at the Antebellum Inn. Stacey, the manager/hostess, has a very deft touch in making her guests feel welcome and at home from the moment they arrive. Bedrooms were attractive, spacious and comfortable and the public areas equally elegant - inviting and beautifully decorated in period with the age of the building.Breakfast... More

This B&B had every amenity you could possibly think of. Stacy keeps a fridge stocked with free drinks, including beer, serves wine in the evening along with snacks available all afternoon and evening. Breakfast was phenomenal: being vegetarians, we emailed Stacy with our food concerns beforehand, and she served us fruit and yogurt, coffee and tea, and a homemade quiche... More
