Do not make a reservation at this hotel. They will NOT let you cancel under any circumstances. I made reservations to stay at this hotel, but because of Hurricane Ivan my family was unable to travel. I called the hotel directly to cancel. They refused. I was charged for 2 rooms I did not use. Choice Hotels should be ashamed... more

Stay at this hotel if you would like to hear ice drop out of an ice machine ALL NIGHT LONG. There will be no answer when you try to contact the front desk. When you eventually do get someone, they will do nothing about it. Have fun driving the rest of your trip with no sleep!! more
