Hotel is very nice....everything from the room to the pool. Front desk staff very nice and efficient. Comfortable beds. Shower pressure was very poor, however. Coffee shop was not open even though it was advertised quite a bit. It would have been nice to have spray to wipe down equipment in the fitness room. Hot tub was closed.

We search out Marriott properties to stay. This one did not disappoint. Lovely, modern lobby. We were greeted promptly, and efficiently, upon entering. The room was really nice and comfortable. There wasn't excessive noise (that can be subjective, I suppose if there would have been groups there)...but there wasn't any highway noise, etc. The toilets work well (yes this is... More

Friendly desk staff. Clean room, nice shower & roomy vanity. Limited menu at onsite cafe', which doesn't open until 6:30AM. Struggled with wonky keycard operability at dimly lit alternate hotel entrance. I only used main lobby entrance thereafter for safety reasons. Hotel could use more than one washer & dryer for all guests. Peepholes on room doors have not yet... More

I travel, quite frequently, to the Atlanta area for business and pleasure. I am a Marriott Gold member and discovered this gem of a hotel about 3 or 4 years ago. The hotel staff is DYNAMIC! They know me by name and always greet me with a hug or some other extremely warm welcome. They always have my room ready... More

This Courtyard is an anomaly. It's gorgeous from the outside, but actually smells on the inside. Maybe it's a cleaning substance, but there's a notable odor that is not normal for a Marriott property. Most importantly, however, is that there is a complete lack of logic in room assignments. Most hotels do a very good job keeping large groups --... More

TravelDrew, Thank you for sharing your experience with us! Please accept our apology for the inconvenience that you experienced with noise from a group that was in house this weekend. We make all attempts to block any groups with multiple rooms together as to not disturb other guests; unfortunately, because of room types reserved this group was closer to other... More

About 1200 kms from Detroit border. Took the breakfast lover rate. Reasonable breakfast choices. Starbucks coffee. Very clean and totally up to Marriott standards. You pay a bit more but is worth the extra. Still pretty reasonable. Gets you through Atlanta and gives you a nice drive into Florida. I believe it is Exit 221. I'd stay here again.

We stayed here for 4 days, for no other reason than a simple "in town" get away. Plus, we LOVE Marriott, too! Not a single problem with this hotel. The staff was AMAZING!!!! The food was delicious in the restaurant! Free internet and parking. Impeccable service and the rooms were nicely decorated and spacious. Nice fitness room, which we used!... More

No complaints. I can't even think of a single suggestion for improvement. One of the best hotel stays I've ever experienced. We will definitely be using this hotel for future trips to the Atlanta area.

I stopped here for an overnight stay. I was on the way to Florida to be with family for a Funeral. I had driven all day from Ohio and wanted to be on the south side of Atlanta. I was pretty tired and just wanted a place to sleep. So glad I chose Courtyard Atlanta McDonough. I was able to... More

We stopped here on our way to Savannah from Arkansas. It was a great stop. Super nice front desk, great price, and clean rooms. The only disappointment was the hot tub was closed. The hot tub was one advantage for picking this hotel. Upon arriving, we were told it was closed. We really didn't understand why (something about the heat... More
