We just got back from this hotel. Allison was terrific can not say enough. One clerk though could hardly speak english and could not understand simple requests- Do you have disposable forks and knives. Throw away forks and knives. Needs to find another position not at the front desk. Family reunion was going on and except for their Blarring Sunday... more

Highly recommended hotel near the commercial hub of Cobb County and I-285/I-75. Rooms are suite style and very comfortable with a nice sitting area and wet bar. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is a little worn and could probably use a little updating very soon to keep up with Hyatt's standards. But other than that, we enjoyed the... more

Hotel was very nice and staff was really friendly. Didn't like that we had to pay for parking but it was only $6.00 for 24hr so it wasn't too bad. Room service was delightful and the stay fit gym was amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable but the room got cold quite a bit. Also there was only one elevator... more

I love the quality of the room. For the price we paid, we know we got a great deal. will definitely brag about it to our friends and recommend it. To me having a clean room is more important than anything else; and that's what we got. more

Finding an all suites Hyatt is a rare find these days. I stayed here on business, and appreciated some of the hotel features. Among them are the size of the rooms. Very spacious given that you have a two room suite. Two TV's, telephones and the kitchennete area are nice features to have. The rooms were not that quiet as... more

We were here for a wedding and the reception was in a tent off of the hotel. The reception was wonderful! Our room was ok. The hotel is older and could do with some updating. My biggest problem was the paper thin walls. We heard everything in the hallways and I could hear our neighbor peeing! You can also hear... more

This was a short stay, 4 nights, and the hotel was perfect for our purpose. I had booked in July after seeing a room and trying a bed for comfort. I asked for a particular view, and got exactly what we wanted -- they call it a "city view" but really it's a view of lots of trees (looking across... more

This was our first visit to a Hyatt property. We were somewhat prepared for an upscale atmosphere, but not this upscale. While the room rate for our suite was reasonable, there were charges an unprepared person needs to watch out for. For example, upon entering our suite there were 2 bottles of water on the wet bar there to great... more

While traveling to Florida on a road trip stayed here for one evening. Very spacious rooms. Had a wet bar area, fridge, a sitting area (which the sofa is a pullout bed). The sitting area and pullout couch are seperated by french doors to the bedroom area. Also had a vanity area and large closet. The bath room was a... more

I just got through reviewing another property in this area (Marietta), and I was not kind to it (not that I trashed it, because it wasn't bad). This hotel is one of the reasons that I was so hard on the other one. My company has their HQ within a few miles of this location, so I end up staying... more
