This is the perfect inn for a quiet getaway weekend! We stayed for two nights just enjoying the incredible service, yummy yummy breakfast and snacks, sitting by the fire playing board games, and resting in the super comfy bed! The stone mountain setting was absolutely gorgeous and the innkeepers are two of the sweetest people we have ever met. We... more

This bed and breakfast was great. The suite was very nice and the owners made us feel very welcomed. The inn is across the street from Rock city which is very convenient. more

Great location, something for everyone. Great for family gatherings, lots of 'get together space' -- great service, excellent breakfast. Family was in town for wedding -- perfect! more

Although we travel a great deal since retirement, a B&B has never been on our Agenda. We've always been hotel patrons. But to return to the area where we spent our honeymoon 50 years earlier we wanted someplace special to celebrate. And since my brother and his wife were joining us for the trip a B&B seemed ideal. Chanticleer Inn... more

The Chanticleer inn was just lovely. Robert and Audrey were wonderful hosts. The breakfasts were delicious as were the cookies and cranberry applecrisp. The location was just across the street from Rock City and only a short drive to Ruby Falls and the incline. This is a great place to stay. more

My wife and I stayed here this past weekend for our anniversary. We've wanted to go for years, but never found the time. We made the time this year. The staff is incredibly warm and friendly. They genuinely care about your being satisfied! Melanie welcomed us to the Inn and gave us a tour of all the areas of the... more

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Chanticleer Inn. The service was helpful and friendly. The accomodations were charming and very comfortable. When I arrived, I was welcomed by a sweet girl that checked me in and offered me freshly baked cookies. Can't go wrong there! The breakfast that was served the next morning was delicious! Lookout Mountain is breathtaking and... more

The exterior of the inn is made out of rocks which makes it quite quaint. It is easy to find as it is quite close to Rock City. The interior was decorated very elegantly with an old fashioned charm yet with modern amenities. The staff was incredibly helpful, nice and welcoming. Breakfast is part of the package, and as I... more

This was our second visit to the Chanticleer and plan to stay again on future visits to Chattanooga. A hearty, hot breakfast is included in the room price, which makes a good value...even better. I wish the cabins had screen doors, to let in more of the mountain air! more
