The Chanticleer inn was just lovely. Robert and Audrey were wonderful hosts. The breakfasts were delicious as were the cookies and cranberry applecrisp. The location was just across the street from Rock City and only a short drive to Ruby Falls and the incline. This is a great place to stay. more

The exterior of the inn is made out of rocks which makes it quite quaint. It is easy to find as it is quite close to Rock City. This was our second visit to the Chanticleer and plan to stay again on future visits to Chattanooga. A hearty, hot breakfast is included in the room price, which makes a good value...even better. I wish the cabins had screen doors, to let in more of the mountain air! more
