My spouse reserved two nights in the "Out of Africa" two room cottage for our anniversary. It is one of two cottages with a whirlpool tub. Our 2 room cottage had lots of space, a mini refrigerator with complimentary bottles water, a coffee set-up, free WiFi, new walk-in shower done with subway tiles. Large flat screen cable TV, a Blueray... More

When we need a quiet get away, we plan a trip to the Garden Walk Inn near Chattanooga. It's a easy and quick drive from Birmingham. The drive up the mountain is breath taking any time of year. This was our third visit to this B&B and won't be our last. The quaint rooms are comfortable and peaceful. The owners... More

My husband and I stayed three nights at the end of February. The place is beautiful and the host were very accommodating and helpful since we drove in bad weather. The rooms were warm and beautiful and the food was very good too. They even made us breakfast to go the last day since we needed to leave earlier. This... More

My husband and I stayed at The Garden Walk for 3 night over the Thanksgiving Holiday. We enjoyed the warm hospitality of our hosts. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious. The property overall seemed a bit dated. Our room was cozy and very clean - and there were some extra touches that made it very charming. But the heat was either... More

Garden Walk B and B is a real find. From the road you can drive past it many times and never notice it, but it actually extends right up the hill in a series of cottages. There are many trees and plants to make the surroundings lovely. We saw it in December, but in the flowering months it must be... More

Travelling a long distance, we decided to try this B&B as opposed to a roadside motel, and we wanted to see Rock City's night Christmas thing. . Very nice room, electric fireplace stove. Quaintly decorated, not like a sterile motel. Room was very clean, breakfast was great. 2 rooms share a small shared entrance building. But private bath. Close to... More

I can't say enough good things about The Garden Inn. Erma and staff took care of our every need. The room and breakfast were fantastic. We felt as if we were apart of the family. We are definitely coming back to enjoy a peaceful quiet getaway again soon.

This is a quaint, quiet, peaceful place. The location is perfect for Lookout Mountain's attractions. The room was cute and everything worked :). The only thing in the room which we found a bit frustrating and unusual was that there was no place for our personal items or clothes. We had a place to hang our clothes but all drawers... More

And NO, the title is not a euphemism for "not-so-nice." We have stayed twice now and have enjoyed both our visits. If you are expecting a five star resort, go elsewhere. If you want a cozy room nestled in a woodsy enclave on the Georgia mountainside, you'll be hard pressed to beat the value and accommodations at the Garden Walk.... More

This was our first time ever at a B&B. LOVED IT! No noises like a hotel, a private cottage, a fireplace in our cottage, gorgeous grounds, and a bathroom with a huge tub for 2. Loved the Robins Nest! Breakfast (pumpkin pancakes, and ham, egg, and cheese croissants) was delicious and nicely served. Very cozy dining room inside the main... More
