This place was super nice. I was expecting it to be at most average because of some of the reviews. Employees were friendly and helpful. Hot water was perfect. Pool and hot tub were much appreciated. The only little issue may have been that the AC didn't function great. But we didn't complain so that's on us. more

Stayed here in May 2008 for two nights. First off, the guy at the front desk is unhelpful on his best day. Maybe it was because he was always on duty, and we began to wonder if they had any other employees. The hotel room had NO hot water in the shower. This seems to be a common problem at... more

A group of us on business stayed at this hotel last week -- I ignored the spotty reviews of this property because I'd had decent experiences in the past at misc. other Country Inns. That was pretty much a mistake...none of the five of us in five rooms had any hot water in the morning. The review from a year... more

We stayed overnight while on our vacation return trip and had some negative experiences. We had a room on the 5th floor that was supposed to be non-smoking. The entire floor reeked of smoke. Our air conditioner put out foul smell to add insult to injury. The chairs were worn and somewhat stained. The shower would only put out tepid... more

I left my late mothers watch in the room. I called back the same day to inform the hotel. Everyone I spoke with gave me the run around. I knew exactly where I had left it. The first guy I spoke with said I would have to call back the next day to speak to housekeeping. Which I did, that... more

When I came back today from a long day of work, I found my room not cleaned. I even left the maid a tip, which was, of course, unclaimed. When I called the front deck manager he said the crew had left and there was nothing he could do. I gathered up all my dirty towels, garbage and old newspapers... more

Front desk customer service Friday at 10:45 PM was terrible. E @ the front desk was very unprofessional. It was raining and we could not get in the back door with our key, so we walked to the side door still could not get in. We were carrying our food and we had 3 children with us. My husband ask... more

This is a beautiful hotel off of I-20 near Six Flags. We stayed there for two nights in a one bedroom non-smoking king suite. The room was very clean, roomy and comfortable. Although we did not get a chance to take a dip in the pool or sit in the hot tub, they both looked very clean and inviting. The... more

We stayed at this hotel for the sole purpose of using the whirlpool. My roommate had hurt her back and we thought a whirlpool would be just the thing she needed. I looked on-line and found this hotel and it did indeed have an indoor pool and whirlpool. However, when we tried to get in the whirlpool the water was... more
