Dothan Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., spent the weekend of 12-14 June 2009 at this marvelous hotel for the Delta Academy/Gems Summer Trip . The front desk staff (Kim & Barbo) went above and beyond to make sure our stay was most accommodating. The hotel was very cleaned, and the rooms were very spacious. The location is... more

I used my marriott points to rent a suite for my friends and I attending a conference....the manger and the evening personnel were marvelous...going out of their way to help. The room was well equipped. The area was very secure. Beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again.... more

We chose this hotel while we were traveling to Six Flags. We checked in at 11:00 pm and was greeted by friendly staff and a security guard (I assume) in the lobby area. Our check in was easy and we were offered help with the bags-which we declined. I have 2 small children and our double room with pull out... more

BAD customer service. SMALL rooms! We had asked for a room with 2 beds and the pullout sofa. We had 5 people - when we checked in (at 7:30pm) they told us they had "given away" all the double rooms for the day. The FRONT OFFICE MANAGER was no help - he was the one who checked us in. NO... more

. The rooms were OK at best. The air conditioning needs work. The security is terrible. There are no cameras or security. My truck was stolen from the motel parking lot,and it was parked right in front of the lobby. Even though the staff was very nice, the management went out of their way to explain that the were not at fault for... more

This hotel looked lovely on the web site, but it needs some basic upkeep/work. The sofa bed in the room had mold on the underneath. The bathroom hinges were rusted. Mold/mildew was on the bathroom floor. The room sleeps six people, but it was definitely cramped. The breakfast buffet did have a lot to offer: waffles, fruit, yogurt, bagels, muffins,... more

We stay here a couple of times a year when we go to Six Flags. We were just here this past spring and thought the place was fine but evidently someone thought it needed remodeling. We were surprised to find on arrival that they had just completed a major remodeling job. As usual the hotel was nice, quiet and very... more

Great value only one exit from Six Flags, lots of restaurants in the area, and Wal-Mart almost next door. Kind of hard to find because it’s stuck behind a new car lot. But the signs for the Fairfield and Springhill are high on the sky line. Hint the Motel 6 is next door and hungry for the share of your... more

We stayed at this hotel on our way to Orlando. It was a nice stay. The breakfast was decent. There was a waffle maker available. The room was clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again. more

Don't expect to get what you reserve at this hotel! We reserved a double suite in April for June and we didn't get it. We was told the hotel was double booked and we would have to split our family into two rooms! And not even on the same floor, one parent and one child on 1st floor the other... more
