My husband and I look for Hampton Inns when we travel, and while they vary, only one in many years was not at least good. Stayed in the one in LaGrange on 3/27/09, while visiting Callaway Gardens, and it was just fine. Clean, efficient - just what we expect. But a good value for the price. more

Being Hilton Honors I have stayed at many Hampton Inn locations. This one was a little beat up and the room was less than clean. Check in was smooth and front desk personnel were friendly. Overall this is still a good choice for Lagrange since there are not very many other options. more

We stayed here over the Memorial Day weekend while visiting Callaway Gardens. This is your typical Hampton which is neat, clean, and updated. The only restaurant near it is a Waffle House. You have to travel 4 miles up the highway to have a selection of restaurants. It is quiet if you have a room facing away from the highway. more

I have stayed at the Lagrange Hampton several times and a long time ago I would not have recommended it due to the uncaring attitude of the staff at that time. Stayed for one night on December 8th, 2006. Booked a handicap room due to wife recovering from fractured pelvic bone (wheelchair bound). Purpose for the trip was to view "fantasy of lights" at Callaway Gardens. The genral appearance of room and hotel was worn, especially the carpet. Needed paint touchup, etc. too. I actually found a rat in my room. There I was watching TV, when a rat came crawling out of the A/C unit and sat down. The scary thing was it seemed to be pretty used to being around humans. The sad thing is that it is probably the best hotel in La Grange. more
