My husband and I were pleasantly suprised with the hotel and staff at Hawthorn. The rooms were clean and staff was very attentive. From the front desk personnel (Travetta and Nakia) to the breakfast cook (Felicia) the staff's 1st priority was to ensure that all of our needs were met.

We stayed here the night before our cruise from Jacksonville, FL. Service was excellent and room was great. Booked the room way in advance. Price was way better than expected for the jacuzzi suite. Tammy was great at taking care of our needs while we were there. Will definately stay there next time I am in town.
