What a clean and wonderful place. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved everything about it. Will be staying again. We were about to have our dog and there was always a bags in the pet stations. Loved the shade and that there is easy access to everything. The bathrooms and shower house were clean and from where we... More

It was very peaceful and shaded and everyone camping was respectful. The staff was amazing. I loved hanging out just in the campground while i was visiting. When I go back to Jekyll, I will absolutely stay again.

We just we staying here as a stopping point along the way, but it was so nice. The staff was very nice, easy to get in and out, very reasonable price and in a great location. Bring your bike, there is a path around the whole island. Lots of good food options, and be sure to see all the driftwood... More

Park was sparsely populated and quiet! Very Quiet. Rode our bikes each day and enjoyed great food at the local restaurant (Rah Bar). Bath houses were very clean and convenient. We had a level spot not all are that way. No paving, lots of sand. They did water the roads to keep dust down but still dusty. We still had... More

We had a good stay in a tent at the camp ground. The camp ground is on a quiet stretch of the island, an easy walk to a jetty and walking tracks to the marshland and beach. The camp ground itself had very clean showers and bathrooms, for tent campers water and electrical outlets available in the bathroom buildings. Free... More

This campground is a beautiful place to stay. There is lots of shade and the staff is friendly. The campground store is good and offers many things you may need while camping as well as cute souvenirs. Bike rentals are available too for very reasonable prices, and we plan to do that on our next visit. The only issue is... More

Our family enjoyed our stay here at jekell island. The campground gets a bit dusty in dry weather. The sites are nice and roomy. However there are a few that are in low spots if it rains they flood a little bit. The island is nice. They have great bike paths and a fishing pier. We would stay again if... More

We arrived on a Wednesday and pretty much as the tent camp site to ourselves, we slept great the first night. The second night a family with 6 children came in around 8... they were loud all night and around 11 one of their children (sounded old enough to listen to mom and behave) screamed and cried and screamed for... We stayed here for Labor day weekend with our 2 boys 5 years old and 2 years old. The staff greeted us as we pulled in and they really were very friendly the whole trip. Anything we needed they had. Very clean and roomy spaces.

Recommend it to anyone. Clean bath houses, very quiet, very nice spaces in the H loop. Try for one of those. Only drawback is some odor from nearby marshes, but you get used to it and you're on an island camping, so no big deal. Close to beaches and historical sites and fishing pier. Be sure to pack plenty of... More
