We had a large family group filling 2 cabins. We filled cabins to the max. At times we were a little disorganized. The staff was very helpful, polite, and concerned. When we needed help with the cabins or where to go and what to do, they were there with a great attitude!

This is obviously a great time to come if you like seclusion - saw No One other than staff. Hiked to the 200 waterfall with our guide Spirit (resident dog). well worth the effort. There had been several days of rain leading up to our visit but still a challenging climb without the slick path. Fairly steep climb. Our grown... More

Beautiful property with a lot for kids to do. Level site with nice decking overlooking the stream was very nice. Kids loved playing in the stream, swimming in the swimming hole, and visiting animals at the farm. Close to a lot of hiking. Nice family environment. Would visit again! We stayed in a travel trailer. Paths around camp are gravel... More

This camping resort was wonderful. The adult only tent section was so peaceful and tranquil. Amazingly there were no mosquitoes and plenty of shade. The grounds were kept very clean and the staff were absolutely wonderful and super friendly and helpful. It was close to lots of other outdoor activities and places to explore. I plan on visiting here a... More

From the moment we pulled our camper in and started setting up, we loved it. My kids hiked through the creeks and enjoyed the scenery. We didn't get to the falls because of the heavy rain. The temperature was excellent! Stayed around 75 the whole time. Coming from 102 degrees in Florida, it was a welcome treat.

This our third trip to Enota. Always clean and quiet. We stay in the adults only section by the Brook and it never fails to deliver an exceptional experience . It's nearly always about 15 to 20 degree cooler there. We'll be back.

We didn't even unload.A little too primitive for our taste. Then I find out the stream there is actually not on their property. There is no cell phone signal there at all. Contact with the outer world is done by there land line. Not so insuring if family members really need to get up with you in an emergency.

On our property of sixty acres surrounded by the national forest we have five streams including Joel, Henson, Gurley, and Soapstone Creeks – thanks Google Maps! (place name: Enota Mountain Retreat). Enota's top-rated RV & pop-up campers sites are along Joel & Gurley creeks, while tent camping is right on Henson & Soapstone creeks. We still have some camping sites... More

Relaxing rivers, great hiking, cool petting zoo. We went in April and it was not busy, very quiet and relaxing - water was a little cold for our 4 & 6 yr old but that didn't stop them :) Went again in late June and it was much busier but still nice & quiet. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.... More

My wife and our two small kids rented a tenting spot for a Friday and a Saturday night. Our large campsite was located near a stream whose whooshing sound kept us sleeping through the night. The facility is well-maintained and has a playground for the children to burn off vacation energy. I could tell that the staff has a dedication... More
