We had such a great time! The waterfalls were beautiful and the sound from the creeks throughout the property were so relaxing. We went during our spring break, so it wasn't "season"...it was quiet and peaceful!!! Our kids jumped on the trampolines for hours! We will be back again and again!

I visited during the week and stayed in one of the waterfall rooms. It was amazing- to wake up to the sound of the water and go for a quick hike while everyone else is sleeping. The scenery and the peacefulness were exactly what I needed! The room had everything that I needed- nice bed, clean bathroom and hot water.... More

The first thing we noticed when we drove on property how rustic and isolated everything seemed. We stayed on a camp site with no power or water, but that wasn't an issue. Keep in mind that no camp sites are "IN" the woods. We camped by a stream at the edge of a field. We were very close to the... More

We enjoyed our visit! Cabin was perfect...plenty of things for the kids to do (teen &preteens). Loved the waterfalls. Our cabin had a fireplace which was nice. Grocery stores were in easy driving distance

We visited in the off season. The forrest and waterfalls are breath taking !!!!! The staff very friendly and helpful. My cabin was very clean . Needs more ADA accomadations : a few wheelchair accesseble paths would be a blessing. I did feel a little "nickel and dimed to death "....dvds should be free to checkout ( copies are cheap... More

Drove up to a very dated sign and my heart sunk. This "retreat" is small and badly in need of repair. The camp store has very little necessities and some food were out of date. Camp sites are not very private. Hike to waterfall is very difficult.

My friend and I stayed here in mid-March 2014 (last week actually). We camped in the adult section, which is the section you first see as you drive in. I cannot vouch for any other area but this one. The RV, cabins, motels, and family camping sections are a whole different thing. Campsite: The adult section is right alongside a... More

We stayed in the Seneca cabin for 3 days and absolutely loved it. Although, we were there during "off season" we still found plenty of things to do. Between Helen and Hiawassee, there is enough entertainment and we got plenty of R&R at the resort with no cellphone reception and no cable. We went hiking and made a campfire at... More

We spent 2 nights in our 17 foot travel trailer with 2 teen boys. The setting is beautiful with easily viewed water falls and many hiking trails. We actually spent the weekend right after a big snow which added some challenges that had nothing to do with the facility. All of the sites are on creeks that run through the... More

First of all I would like to start out by saying that this is a great place to stay if you want to have family time. We stayed there from December 26 thru January 5th everything in our cabin was great we had linens and sheets pillows some toiletries. The gentleman at the lodge had turned our heater on for... More
