I chose the b&b for a quick romantic getaway. House is clean and cozy. Quaint and charming from check-in. Frankie and Barbara are amazingly welcoming and make you feel like family. I can't wait to book a return trip.

After reading all the positive reviews of this property I was skeptical that it could really be that great ... Well surprise , it was everything everyone said and more ! Miss Frankie and Miss Barbara are sweet, warm and even tho we've been to the area many times they were able to tell us things we didn't know !... More

This bed and breakfast is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Helen, up on a hill and within walking distance, a perfect location.
