Location: This hotel, on the 8,000-acre Reynolds Plantation, is located only one and a half hours from Atlanta. It overlooks lake Oconee which is Georgia’s second largest lake and is surrounded by beautiful woods, hills and golf courses. There aren’t any big shopping malls nearby, but there is a CVS pharmacy and a Publix located ten minutes from the hotel.... More

An absolutely beautiful resort nestled technically "in the middle of nowhere" with plenty to do on-site, including golf, pool, lake, biking, spa, and relaxing! The resort and grounds are immaculate. It is VERY clean; i do not understand reviews of this property and saying that it is not well kept. It is a new resort (7 years old i think?)... More

Good service. Good accomodations. Good Meeting Space. Good leisure opportunites. We had a Christian Wopmen's Retreat at the RCL and it was a phenomenal experience. I was very pleased with the way the event planning team worked with us to make sure that our every need was met. It was awesome. The women were pleased because the hotel is excellent,... More

Great spot for a perfect quiet getaway. Hotel is reasonably priced and the dining all a good value and truly excellent restaurants on the property. Service with a smile all of the way down to the lady who turns down the bed for you. Friendly and conscientious. Beautiful view and get a room overlooking the lake. Not sure that the... More

My husband and I stayed at the Reynolds Plantation Ritz-Carlton this weekend and while the property is beautiful we were a bit disappointed with how loud the property is. We were staying for one last get-away before our baby arrives and were hoping for some peace and quiet and R&R unfortunately this is a very noisy property and way more... More

this is a perfect place for romance, golf, and relaxation (none of which I enjoyed since it was a business trip!). The hotel is top-notch. the staff took care of everything for us. The rooms are beautifully appointed with four-poster bed, porch with comfy chairs, spotless bathroom, big screen TV (which favored golf and sports channels). I highly recommend the... More

My husband and I just got home from our trip to this hotel and I must say we had the most amazing time. From the minute we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The service was exceptional and the hotel was gorgeous. We were at the hotel to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. When we checked in, the front desk... More

This was our second stay at this hotel. The previous visit was to celebrate a birthday and this visit was to celebrate our anniversary. On both visits we found special chocolate dessert plates waiting in our room with personalized welcome cards. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The "lodge" atmosphere fits perfectly with the location, which is lakeside in rural... More

Our trip was a delayed honeymoon. My husband loves to golf and I love the pool/lake thing. This fit what we both wanted. If you stay on Saturday night during May - October, they have a cocktail cruise from 5-7 for free. You get drinks and light appetizers. They just started this. One of the waiters at Gabby's mentioned it.... More

Overall, my family had a nice, short stay here. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The interior is nice, but yes, it is a "lodge" -very dark wood everywhere but nice. The outside is alittle chessy looking, but the grounds are very nice. The pool is GREAT and looks out over the lake. There is also a small... More
