Had two meals on two nights. Both mighty fine steaks but the Fillet at Gaby's and the Garlic mash was to die for... Great stuff Yal it was a great setting out by the lake and the food certainly matched the occasion. The Bistro offers a great inside experience and we were looked after very well.

I was here for a day for an event planning trip. The property is huge and has a very classy feel to it. If you love nature, you will love this place. The property is in the Reynolds Plantation area surrounded by the beautiful and scenic Lake Occonee. Will be here again in October 2015.

We recently spent a night at this hotel in a group of 12 from Australia on our way to The Masters at Augusta National Golf Club . It is located in the most beautiful part of Georgia. The surroundings, food, service, staff and rooms were outstanding and we wished we could have stayed longer at this very special place. Lots... More

Upon arrival, our luggage was unloaded. It was going to be a few minutes before it would arrive in our room, so we were escorted to our room by a very nice young man, who pointed out where everything was along the way - such as the campfire with evening s'mores, the lake, the restaurants and the spa. Our room... More

This is a wonderful hotel, situated on a beautiful lake. Very lodge like and the scenery is stunning. My issue with the hotel is that I woke up early one morning and opened the patio door and decided to doze a bit back in bed and listen to the birds chirp and smell the magnolia's. Instead, the smell of cigarette... More

Dear HappiTravelerChicago, Thank you for taking the time to let us know of your experience, I sincerely apologize for the smoking situation you encountered. This is an issue we struggle with from time to time and while we are a smoke free resort internally, as you discovered we do allow guest to smoke on their balconies and on resort grounds.... More

Beautiful location, attentive service, immaculate grounds, great food, terrific spa and gym, lots to do, well appointed rooms. What can I say, it's a Ritz Carlton. My only suggestion is that the bed makes you a bit hot - it must be some kind of matress cover. In speaking with my colleagues, it was a common issue. It's a bit... More

Hotel has great facilities with multiple golf courses and the lake to complete activities. Recommend planning activities during your stay in advance as we didn't find the concierge very helpful with information/recommendations. Food in restaurants is outstanding - some of the best food we have had in a Ritz Carlton and service great also. You must try the Green Tomatoes,... More

Beautiful hotel. Outstanding grounds. Food is excellent also. Of course everything is expensive. Bed was a little uncomfortable. Pillows good. Didn't use the internet. Fabulous service. Grounds are awesome.

Wow! What a property! Beauty at every turn from the grounds, lake, lobby, rooms, fireplaces.....I could go on and on. A spectacular hotel and a staff to match. This is a very different Ritz than most, it has a very natural setting and outdoor feel that enhances the comfort and graciousness of this outstanding resort. I was very impressed by... More

Very cozy and serene property with lake front. The place takes you back to 1800's with its decor and wooden work. Very warm staff and a great drive from the airport (ATL) with nature all around you. The hotel also have a great speed boat for a ride on the lake. Overall great experience
