I stayed in this hotel for 1 night whilst on a business trip. Check in was seamless, as was the service from the bar to the breakfast restaurant. I had a club room on the 15th Floor and it was fab. Stayed at this hotel and had a situation arise involving a business client I was to meet for lunch. The hotel personnel got creative and devised a solution that ensured a successful luncheon. I have stayed at this hotel many times and have enjoyed their restaurant over the years. By far my favorite hotel in Atlanta.

The crowne plaza provides upscale rooms in a beautiful setting. The restaurant on the ground floor made me feel like I was eating in the forrest. Trees were growing inside through the floor. It was a lovely stay and I would not hesitate to stay here again and again.

I stayed at the hotel during a conference in February 2012 and all of the maintenance problems I previously experienced didn't recur. The front desk staff and rest of the staff were helpful. I would stay there again.
