We thought of staying here just on a whim, we weren't disappointed. The hotel is really close to I-85 so it's really accessible. And there are a lot of shops and restaurants around the place too. Even if there weren't anyone at the front desk, they have ATM-like kiosks, we weren't able to try that out because there was somebody... More

After checking in late we noticed a musty smell in the room. When we woke up the next morning the sealed window in the room had puddles of water streaming down the glass. There was mold along the wall where the sprinkler for the room was located. But that wasn't the horror it was the in wall AC/heating unit. Once... More

I had a two night reservation at this hotel. Although the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are quite small. There is a sitting area with a couch and a longer chaise sectional. The desk was a nice touch, as I spent my evenings doing school work. There is a complimentary shuttle (that travels within a three mile radius of the... More

I wanted to stay as close as I could to Road Atlanta for I went to the Petit Le Mans race that was from September 28th - October 1st 2011. And I didn't care that this hotel was around 40 miles from the track. I was also saving money, I got my room for $79.00 a night. I arrived on... More

The rooms were very spacious and the couch was comfortable. I loved the bed and pillows. Nice big TV in the room. There wasn't much of a breakfast in the morning. Just a small area. The staff in the front desk was rude and acted like she didn't want to be there. However the rooms made up for it and... More

Just returned from a 2 night stay at this Hyatt Place. The room was so clean, spacious. Hotle had a really nice pool which we used. Kids loved it. Lobby was very warm and welcoming in appearance. Complimentary breakfast had many options. Only thing was they need more staff members working to assist. Fitness room was clean and only had... More

I've always been a big fan of Hyatt Place Hotels. This one is extremely average in every way. Housekeeping was iffy and we had a difficult time with the shower going from hot to cold quickly. Not bad, not great. More

I stayed for 3 nights during a recent business trip. The hotel overall was OK. Room was spacious and clean. Parking was free. It has a big screen LCD TV in the room with free HBO, which was nice. Complimentary breakfast was below average. I was not satisfied with two things. First, the air conditioning was awful. It was old... More
