We select his hotel in our way to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, More than happy!!! our experience was flawless, we were so happy we made a reservation in Jacksonville in the same hotel. Rooms are ample, with 2 full beds and queen sofa bed really comfortable...enough room for our family with 3 kids (14-10-4) plus granpa joining our... More

The desk people were wonderful and seemed truly caring. The room was a nice size although I felt that the housekeeping needs to check the alarm clocks to make sure they are not set to go off when people are not in the rooms. My kids heard the alarm clock going off all during the night I however slept through... More

HORRIBLE STAY! After a long day check in to the hotel go to sleep immediately. After a while I got a backache eventually it is the mattress they hurting my back. Due to the tiredness, I was thinking it is my own condition. Eventually i have to drag myself to the soft which is very dirty! End up I was... More

As a loyal Hyatt customer, I would rather give up any points or rewards available rather than stay at this hotel again. I wouldn't even stay here for free. No offense to the staff, because the night workers weren't bad, but this is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. To begin, the place is run down. The... More

The problem with Hyatt Place is that they all look the same. That being said, it's not a bad thing. The room is spacious, clean and stylish. The breakfast is okay, just not my thing. I've stayed at this location several dozen times over the past few years. There are several restaurants within walking distance and it's not bad at... More

The hotel was nice - the front desk is too professional - not relaxed and friendly. The traffic around this area was terrible. Many streets were one way and turn only. The "mall" close to this hotel has a Mega Mart as one of it's anchor stores. Would not stay in this area again - go down to exit 115... More

Clean hotel, great service, serves Starbucks coffee, nice rooms, average pool area, walking distance to wild bills and many local restaurants. I always stay at this hotel if I stay in this area. How could you not with all they offer for the price? Hyatt has a great thing going as most if their hotels are cheap fo what you... More

I must say that the round the clock staff were always helpful, courteous, and they constantly asked if I needed assistance with every aspect of my 7 day stay. The newly upgraded complimentary breakfast was a huge crowd pleaser and a phenomenal plus for us. The price was perfect for our accommodations. We saved probably $30 per day just on... More

Air conditioning in two different rooms didn't work right. It was hot and air would turn off and on. Phone by the bed didn't work. Bad smell like sewer on 5th floor. Not as clean as the hotel was some 3 years ago. Not happy. Was given a $20 credit. Moved to another room again after 1 A.M. I was... More

The staff was wonderful, courteous and helpful. Breakfast was good, and there was plenty of seating in the area. Room decor was a bit dated, but room was clean. The pool is putdoors, not indoors, but still nice. We would stay here again.
