I thought the staff was great, the rooms were very nice, and the area was well equipped. there was a Ruby Tuesday's right next to the hotel, as well as several fast food restaurants and a gas station, It was a very nice hotel that also offered cookies and popcorn in the lobby.

I stayed here 2 nights on business. The 1st morning there was no hot water and I let it run for 10 minutes like front desk advised, but finally had to take a cold shower so I wouldn't be late to my meeting. Not a bad hotel. They were nice and the breakfast was consistent as it is in most Holiday Inn Express. The pillow kind of hurt my neck. Next time I will bring my own. Also, the shampoo and soap is very harsh. I have major dandruff and dry skin now.

The carpeting throughout my guest room was found to be filthy with heavy soiling and have a foul odor. I advised front desk clerk Ms. Karole Davis about this issue. This is the place to stay, It is miles ahead of all of the other hotels in the area when it comes to cleanliness, customer service, and amenities. I know that if I am ever in the area again, this is the only hotel I would consider staying at.

We stopped here fairly late one evening trying to get as far toward Savannah as we could for Thanksgiving. Easy check-in. They looked up my priority #. Nice room, nice bathroom. We had nothing to complain about. Breakfast was fine. Easy check out. Microwave and fridge in room. Plenty of lights. Comfortable. All good:)
