If you get a room in the NEW Part it is nice but if you end up in the older part a DOG HOUSE would be cleaner: The Breakfast they offer is you get it out of the freezer and you thaw it out, Very small cups for coffee one swallow and it is gone then you have to make... More

Pulled back bedspread and both beds were covered in mouse droppings and dead bugs. We had made our reservation 2 days prior, so they knew the room would be occupied. They did move us to another room, which was clean..

I had read reviews about this hotel, and they definitely live up to the truth. My husband and I had to book an impromptu room here for our fall break due to leaf-peepers buying out the whole town. We are not impressed. There looks like water damage around the bathroom area, where perhaps a pipe burst...peeling wallpaper, what looks like... More

Reserved a nonsmoking room through travelocity. When we got there they did not have any non smoking rooms. Mr. Pedro at the front desk was nice. He let us check out two smoking rooms to see if they were tolerable. My gosh! These two rooms were scary!!!! They stunk of stale cigarette spoke, furniture was old and beat up, chairs... More

"Nice folks" and "nice mountain view" are the only the only positive things about our stay there 5 Sep 2015. I made reservations for 1 night and specified the "200-300" rooms building (supposedly the better, nicer rooms). TOOOO ). While we had overly bulky pillows, our 2 friends in another room had pillows as thick as heavy bath towels. Walking... More

Like staying in a ghost town out west. No customers in the building they put us in, and one of 3 other rooms in the rest of the complex seemed to be rented. Ice machine but no ice. Air conditioner was noisy and feeble in capacity. Ruined a nice two day trip to the mountains.

The room was generally grimy, the entire complex very worn out and although the online picture shows a very pretty swimming pool it actually has been filled in with dirt and straw. The AC unit was not working when we arrived but a very friendly maintenance man came and changed the filter; this helped a lot but the unit still... More

I found this hotel to be good and clean, well located, and friendly staff. I did not encounter any issues with staying there. I brought along three of my dogs and they accommodated them as well. I would stay there again when in the area.
