The staff was very accommodating and helpful - I was thrilled to find laundry facilities, a cool (temperature) room, and everything in order. While the room and bath could use some attention (e.g., new caulking to the aged tub unit), it has received some updating already ("granite" vanitytop and new faucets). My partner and I were in town with family for 4 days. While we were there, the staff was friendly and helpful at all times. During the ice storm they provided extra help on office computers to get boarding passes and other information. They also provided snow./ice removal equipment during the storm.
