Our room was filthy. It seemed like our wrinkled bed sheets and pillow cases had not been cleaned or changed since the last guests. There was hair in the bed and stains on the furniture. There was a lot of people loitering on the back veranda and we did not feel safe at night. Avoid this place if you can.

Excellent spacious room. The hotel does not have a bar or restaurant, except for a small breakfast area. A pleasant fairly flat 10 to 15 minutes walk into the delightful town of Dahlonega. A visit to nearby Amicalola Falls is highly recommended - towering spectacular falls in a beautiful forest setting. Also to Wolf Mountain Winery.

Stayed here for two nights on a cycling weekend and it was perfect. The location meant we could park our car and just leave on our bikes to ride the gaps, Neel's Gap is about 20 miles away, and the rest of them are just past that. It's easy to get to, near lots of restaurants (you will probably want... More

We stayed here one night while traveling through GA. Our hotel room floor was extremely dirty. There were crumbs and things all over the floor. The bathroom floor was gritty. We had to keep socks on! I complained to desk staff the next morning and was told "Oh yea. There were people with kids in that room before you". I... More

This is an excellent place to stay the night. Was impressed with how clean bathroom was especially the tile floor! . Front desk allowed us to check in early. And we needed 2 spoons and they willingly got us some from the closed breakfast room. All in all a pleasant time there.

We were in Dahlonega for a conference and from all the negatives comments on Trip Advisor, we were worried. This hotel turned out to be just fine. The room was clean. The breakfast was much better than just continental. They had hot gravy for biscuits and also eggs. We did not eat breakfast as we had an early meeting, but... More

Had an adequate stay on the way back from Helen....the room seemed smaller than the pictures but it must have been a fisheye lens...the pool is way in the back....there is parking front and back....and the breakfast room gets overcrowded....however the room was clean with coffee and microwave and fridge and clean bath so no problems...there was a loose plate... This is a very clean quiet hotel. We stayed in late August. The tourist season was definitely over. The hotel is very clean and not crowded. I would stay here again anytime. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and recommended several good places to eat.

Close to downtown and UNG, with a nice pool. Parking was convenient and we appreciated that they had an elevator. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing that could use some attention was the breakfast. It was the off season while we were there, so maybe that was the issue, but the food was very bland and the milk... More

Close to downtown. Quaint pool detached from building in rear parking low.. From the front looks like a 2 story, but is actually 4 stories. Lobby is on 3rd floor. There is a 2 story difference between the front and back of the building. The room is average. The beds (had 2 twin) are thin and hard, with micro pillows... More
