Stayed at Top of the Square for our anniversary trip. We were greeted by one of the owners with a bottle of wine and great hospitality. The room was extremely charming and cozy. We loved it! We had a winetasting weekend in North GA and thought it would be great to stay in Dahlonega. My husband hates the idea of B&B's where you're staying at someone's house, but Top of the Square is actually just small apartments on the 3rd floor of the downtown building. This is a wonderful B&B on the 3rd floor of a historic building right on the Dahlonega Square (you have breakfast at Gabee's Cajun restaurant on the second floor). We had Sarah's room, cozy and charming, really comfortable bed, Victorian tub, quiet, private, everything you'd want.
