This hotel was a wonderful!! Friendly staff and helpful with recommendations around town! The bed was amazing and the room I stayed in had very chic decor! I love the patio and the hotel is in a perfect location right on the square. Awesome spot and we will return later this year when we come to town again!

Had the opporunity to spend the weekend here and couldn't have been more delighted. The staff was friendly and helpful with places to eat and things to do around town. We arrived a little early before check in, but fortunatley our room was available and the lady who checked us in helped us with getting our bags to the room.... More

We stayed here one night and loved it! Everyone was friendly and our room was very clean. The master bed was comfortable and our son said the pull out was as well. Very convenient to downtown and the patio/fire pit area was awesome. The walls are thin so just be prepared for that. We read previous reviews so we expected... More

I stayed here last weekend for a wedding at the Montaluce Winery. I was in a huge rush getting there Friday afternoon from work in Downtown Atlanta. Even though I was sort of rushing the girl that got me checked in, she didn't get flustered and wasn't offended that I was sort of rushing her through, and she even did... More

I am limited in my ability to rate this hotel within the parameters of this site. My 1-of-5-stars rating does not accurately reflect my experience at Park Place Hotel. Negative stars, like if the sun imploded, would be more appropriate. I cannot express strongly enough how bad this place was. But, by God, I am going to give it a... More

Paula, I have searched our system and we have no record of you staying with us in the past few days. First thing I need to address is the "Parking Issue" as you are probably unaware Dahlonega has a parking problem. The parking lot behind the hotel "IS NOT OWNED BY THE HOTEL" I can assure you that we would... More

This hotel is priced above the other motels in the area, but looks like newly furnished and upscale to the others. The 2 bed, was a bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the suite portion. It had two separate rooms, the bedroom, adjoin the bath and the "living" room. The bathroom fixtures looked like something out of home decorating, very... More

My wife and I were looking forward to a night away, so we chose the park place hotel. We stayed in the St. John's room so we could have the jacuzzi tub and fireplace. We showed up to check in at 230 and were greeted by a nice lady in the office. Check in was painless. When we were taken... More

Jacob, We are so sorry that you had a horrible time staying at our facility. We do take negative reviews very serious and will make the necessary changes in our staff to correct this issue. As for a "discount" we did not offer one due to the fact we refunded the FULL amount to your mother in laws credit card... More

My husband and I found this hotel on groupon, so we drove up to spend the night in the mountains. This place is not much to look at from the outside in winter, but inside it's so beautiful! We got queen sized bed suite and everything was clean and very nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and greeted us when... More

Last week we drove up from Atlanta to Dahlonega to walk around and see all the beautiful lights on the downtown square. We ended up staying later than we wanted and drank more than we should have. That being said we asked a few people where should we stay and they suggested Park Place Hotel. This place was amazing "CLEAN"... More

My close friend and I decided to take a day trip to visit Dahlonega and we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel and its staff. At first glance, it looks like a old bed and breakfast but when we were taking to our room by the sweet girl at the front desk we were amazed by the room! Our room... More
