The rooms are out of this world and so was the breakfast. We had a lovely warm welcome, the cheese and wine was a nice touch and gave us time to talk to the owners and other guests. Would highly recommend and if we were ever in the area again we would be delighted to stay again.

This was my 3rd trip to Covington and just had to stay at The Twelve Oaks Bed & Breakfast. The house and rooms are just amazing. Chandeliers in every room, even some bathrooms. I am a huge Vampire Diaries fan, so we stayed in the Salvator Study. Nicole and John have done an amazing job and they are so nice.... More

My husband and I spent one night at Twelve Oaks Bed and Breakfast while (slowly) traveling from Atlanta to Savannah. We wish we had time to spend more than one night at this amazing home! We enjoyed reading the history of the home and finding out that it was the inspiration for Ashley's home in "Gone With The Wind." The... More

I stayed here for 3 nights. One night was "Breakfast at Tiffany's" and then "Steel Magnolias" for two nights. The wine and cheese hour was wonderful. We met some very nice people and were able to talk with them and ended up running into them throughout our stay. The breakfast each morning was amazing. We had stuffed French toast, pancakes... More

My husband and I stayed at The Twelve Oaks B&B on March 11 and absolutely loved our visit! We love staying at B&Bs, and this one takes the cake! This house is gorgeous and very well maintained. I loved sitting on the upstairs balcony. We stayed in the room called, In The Heat of the Night. It was named this... More

While the photos on tripadvisor are beautiful, they do not do justice to this home. It is beautiful beyond description. I know every place I stay from here on out will be a disappointment compared to The Twelve Oaks Bed & Breakfast. There is not a detail out of place. If you cannot find a reason to come to Covington,... More

I was lucky enough to stay at the Twelve Oaks a year ago for one night. I loved it so much and regretted that I spent the other nights of my trip at a hotel in Atlanta. I promised myself I would be back again ASAP. This time, my mother and I stayed 4 nights at the Twelve Oaks. Check-in... More

I spent six months off and on commuting to Covington, and after my first few stays at local hotels, I did some research and discovered the Twelve Oaks. This place is phenomenal. The house itself is stunning. The grand columns and antebellum architecture are reason enough to visit. The inside is inviting and appropriate to the period of the house.... More

The twelve oaks was our favorite part of our recent trip to the Atlanta area. The owners were exceptionally hospitable and the room was amazing! They were very helpful in recommending things to see/do in the area making our visit very enjoyable. They even followed up with us after our stay and mailed us a t-shirt that we had bought... More

My wife and I have never been to a B&B before, so we decided to go while we celebrated our anniversary. This idea wound up being the perfect choice! The house was fantastic! It was newly renovated, but they were able to keep the house appear like you stepped into a time machine! I spent a lot of time admiring... More
