Although the desk clerk was friendly, our room had the following problems: Apparently the housekeeping staff never vacuums close to the walls or furniture. Dirt and dust were quite obvious in areas other than the easily vacuumed parts of the floor. The deadbolt was non-functional. The door-lock screw was loose and coming out of the wall.
