Was charged for something missing from the hotel room, which was NOT the case. I was not notified, and the manager couldn't explain/prove a missing item and refused to remove the charge. Poor customer service on top of that. DO NOT STAY!

Beware....this hotel is located off of a very busy and congested highway. There are no good views of it. It appears as if the city was going to make a "thru way" street right in front of hotel but decided not to....leaving it looking unsightly. We stayed here for the gun show in town. They accepted our corporate discount card without a hassle. The rooms were great with newer flat screen TVs and the hotel was very close to all the restaurants. The breakfast was great too. I thought the location was a little creepy with an overpass directly in front of the hotel & then the road just ended into nothing....(maybe they are still developing it ??) But the hotel overall was clean & tidy. It was nothing fancy, but decent for the price per night.
