This hotel is conveniently located near the Commerce outlets. The area is extremely congested and getting in and out of the hotel parking lot an be a challenge. Maneuvering from the outlets which line both sides of the interstate is not easy due to the high traffic levels.

When I arrived my room was not ready and the clerk who was behind the desk was experiencing her first day on the job. She was quite pleasant and apologized for her slowness in checking for my room. She asked me to return in an hour.

I did. She checked me in but when I went to the room the maid was inside. She told me she still had to prepare the bed and vaccum so I went to the lobby and waited. There is a common room where they serve breakfast and so i sat there and watched TV until the maid came to me.

To get to this room which was on the first floor I had to walk by the pool. The chlorine smell in the hallway was very strong, but it was also strong in the room.
