We had to move hotels due to disgusting complication from another hotel. THIS was SO MUCH BETTER! They took our humonogous group and put us in. I love this hotel now. The staff was friendly and made us feel comfortable even after what happened to us. I officially LOVE this hotel!

They charged the wrong amount to my card. They double charged TWO cards TWICE! They took over two weeks to refund. Then they charged the card again.
