The check in was horrible. It was supposed to be at 3. We can at 3 and they told us to wait no rooms were available. We waited about 30 mins and they didn't even apologized. The first desk people were not courteous at all. The jacuzzi was not open and there was no explaination.

I spent 3 days here last week at a reunion. The hotel was clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and professional. The restaurant was good, as was the bar.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. The staff is so friendly. They know me by name. Something I have noticed is there are a lot of military that stay here. The staff ALWAYS treat the military with the upmost respect that they deserve. I love this hotel. This is my Columbus HOME!
