We ran across this hotel on our way too Florida. I prefer too say in a full service Marriott and a suite if possible. The part of the hotel we stayed in was a old mill converted in hotel rooms and suites. Clean it was, old it was, odd it was. The TV was at the other end of the... More

I was in Columbus, Ga today for a business convention and we stayed at a wonderful holel, but the best thing of all is the Bar & Grill that is attached to the hotel called "HOULIHAN'S". Not only did we have a great atmosphere and delicious food at a reasonable price. We had the best service ever! Our waitress, Elana,... More

We are so very proud of "Elana" and she certainly sets the standard for our "service"! It is always great to share information about our "downtown special events" with our guests and we always enjoy hearing how much fun our guests have as well!! Please come back to see us soon.* More

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Being part of a renovated old building (being a relative expression for a European) makes it stand out among large hotel franchises. Houlihans restaurant on location is good value for money and the litte Starbucks in the lobby tops if off. Given a choice I will surely return.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share of your experience with us recently! Both our Downtown Houlihan's and our Starbucks Grist Mill are known for delicious food and beverage options and the "friendliest staff" in Columbus.* We look forward to seeing you again soon.* More

Let's just say, the historic structure is not the only part of this hotel that is stuck back in time. Although the actual hotel amenities and staff were good, another guest during my stay made my experience very uncomfortable to say the least.

Found this historic hotel to be extremely satisfying, as are all Marriotts that I have stayed at. The rooms are meticulous and comfortable. The staff is extremely courteous. The location is outstanding and close by the many sights, including the Chattahoochee Riverwalk, the historic Columbus Iron Works, Springer Opera House, and the wildly popular Uptown Columbus entertainment area. Not to... More

This hotel has been almost the only full service establishment in Columbus for years, and has been both a Hilton and a Wyndhams before becoming a Marriott. I paid more than $200 a night for a five night stay, which is rather a lot for a small city such as Columbus. The internet is painfully slow, the fitness room small... More

I have stayed at this facility several times over the past few months, traveling with both large and small groups. Without hesitation the staff had a "can do attitude" from reservations thru check out. This is a professional team with a thorough knowledge of the hospitality business, surrounding areas, able to answer any question (with a smile), able to make... More

The staff are friendly. The location is reasonably central but a very loud train passes by just outside on occasion! The bar/restaurant is typical limited American fare. The internet speed is awful. Overall the hotel is fine, clean, large rooms but it's all a bit dated.
