Horrible horrible customer service! I booked 3 rooms at this hotel online for 4 nights. After some research on here, I realized I didn't want the hassle, so I CALLED IN a cancellation for all 3 rooms. This was in August 2009. I even have the emailed cancellation confirmation. Guest had billing issue with reservations originally booked through central reservations at advance purchase rate. Property initially refeunded amount to guest's new credit card. Through a transmission error guest balance was not cleared in the system and card was charged again at month end. Guest contacted General Manager, who apologized and refunded the guest credit card.

The Motel location is great, the newness of the building was great, the swimming pool was nice, but you can't always judge a book by its cover. The beds were dirty once you peeled back the sheets. The next day we did not get our room cleaned because they said we had "Do Not Disturb" on our door. Yes we... more

We did in fact check this guest into a room that had not been properly inspected. All of our guest rooms are to be inspected by manangement before being sold. This room was overlooked and our inspection process has been refined as a result.
