This was one of the worst hotels I have been in. You can here loud noise all night. Not just by the people staying there, but also by the Trash Dumpster men accross the way at the store (bed,bath,etc.) My whole family did not get any sleep all night. I complained and they did nothing!!!! Horrible experience!!!! more

I was in town for my son's military graduation and the room I reserved at another hotel had been cancelled. I called this hotel and was able to reserve a room and they took great care of me. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very nice. I have 2 more trips to Columbus and will definitely stay... more

I stayed in this hotel on May 23, 2008. I found blood on the comforter. There was no manager on the property because the only manager was out of town for the weekend. When I finally spoke to the manager, she was rude and hung up on me. more

it was very dirty one room ended up being smoking when asked for non smoking. Remote did not work, not family oriented. Loud people all night long thin walls in the rooms, dirty towls in the room. will not stay here again not clean! more

We had a block of 11 rooms for one night. All of the rooms were terribly worn. One room had many patches on the walls from where there was an attempt to fix holes. One room had a huge hole in the carpet in front of the sink. Many had desk chairs, but no desks....while one had a desk but... more
