I accompanied my husband as he was at Ft. Benning for pre-deployment training. Staying at the Argyle Inn was the right choice! From the gourmet breakfasts that left little room for lunch, to the comfortable bed, to the delicious afternoon treats - we have nothing but praise for this Bed & Breakfast. Sue & Bob are wonderful hosts and I always enjoy staying @ their Inn. It's so cozy and such a nice alternative to chain hotels. I would highly recommend Argyle to anyway needing a place to stay in Columbus. more

As far as "Southern Hospitality" goes, Susan and Bob definitely possess a Calling as they serve as gracious Hosts, Travel Agents, Chef/Server, Tour-Guides, and House-keepers. Our family stayed for 2 nights at the Argyle Inn in Columbus, Ga., while attending my son's basic training graduation at Fort Benning. Traveling to Columbus to meet up with some colleagues, I came home to the Argyle Inn B & B. A Southern girl by ancestry, I couldn't imagine enjoying my experience more.
