We chose this hotel because we have an early flight and we could leave our car here and take their shuttle to the airport. Our room was dated with shabby furniture with a drawer front falling off. The tv and clock radio didn't work. Dust was on every service-very thick on the top of the headboard. Shower stall was covered... More

We booked a reservation through Expedia for a one night stay after our 6 hour flight. We arrived at the airport at 11:30 pm. We waited for over 45 minutes for the hotel shuttle after calling twice. We finally arrived at 1:00 am exhausted. Upon arrival we were told they didn't have our room and they were sold out. We... More

I regularly stay at this hotel while in the area. The front desk associates, Ms. Angela Sowards and Courtney Cooks are the best. They will always go out of their way to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. They're the main reason for my choosing this specific hotel is my first choice while in the area. Thank you ladies. Nothing "quality" about Quality Hotel Conference Ctr! I'm sure this hotel already knows this but is not doing anything about sprucing it up.... so why bother?! Like many other past reviewers, we experienced changing rooms 3x. They all stunk - cigarettes and all sorts of odors (my husband has asthma). The lobby is the only thing decent; wish we could... Lake other reviewers, we ended up here because our flight plans were disrupted and we were issued a voucher by Delta. We got to the hotel at about 10:20 PM and were on the 5:30 AM shuttle back to the airport. When he arrived, the shuttle driver to the hotel sat in his seat while we struggled to get our... More

This hotel is so far below standard that it would not exist if it weren't for Delta voucher business. It's a third world outpost with rude staff and breakfast room offerings that left me with no appetite. The lobby, hallways and breakfast room were dismal. The clerk at check in actually complained about a baby crying quietly in the lobby.... More

This hotel is a very middle of the road hotel. The staff was courteous and attentive, but the hotel does need a bit up updating. There were dead bugs over by the window. I would likely stay at this hotel again if I had to, but I would not make it my first choice.

The driver Victor was a jerk to the soldiers from Ft Hood. He was cussing at us and the soldiers. The service is horrible. The room is filthy and disgusting. Sleep in your clothes and don't bother showering because the towels aren't washed and have boldy fluid stains. The room is old as hell and hot and the lights don't... More

We stayed in this hotel after our flight was overbooked. The hotel looks very dated and the room was smelly. It was also quite noisy during the night. However, staff was very friendly and the transport service to and from the airport very good.

OK...kind of a so so crowd, but for the price and parking, not bad. close to airport so that was good. Looked like it could use a facelift or something. Not bad, not great...one of those type places. :-)
